What we collect

Only what you type in a form: your name, your organization (optional), and the dates you pick. A random browser cookie links these to your entry so you can update it later; it does not track you on any other site.

Why, and how long

The data exists only to collect date availability for an event ("legitimate interest" — organizing the event) and is shown on that event's page as the live response list. Each event's records are automatically erased 30 days after that event's poll closes.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or its erasure at any time. There are no third-party recipients and no automated decisions based on it.
